S3 File Delivery

File delivery is available on request: daily CSV exports of every dataset to a Snowtrail-owned bucket, read by your AWS account through a cross-account IAM role scoped to your licensed products.

Overview​

  • Daily CSV exports of every dataset you are licensed for
  • Files live in a Snowtrail-owned S3 bucket; nothing is pushed to your account
  • Your AWS account reads them by assuming a cross-account IAM role
  • The role is scoped per customer to the prefixes of your licensed products

Setup​

Contact support@snowtrail.ai to set it up. You will need to provide the AWS account ID that will assume the role; the Snowtrail team will provision the role, scope it to your licensed products, and send you the role ARN and bucket prefixes.
