How do I get an API key?
Email support@snowtrail.ai to request an API key. The team will provision your key and confirm access.
Can I have multiple API keys?
Yes, we recommend separate keys for development and production.
My API key isn't working
- Verify the key is copied correctly
- Check the key hasn't been revoked
- Use correct header:
x-api-key: your-key
How do I rotate keys?
Contact support@snowtrail.ai to request a new key. Once your applications are updated, let us know and we will revoke the old key.
